My name is Karen Dornellie and I started my label in 2009 concentrating on bridal veil and headpiece designs.

I launched at the National Wedding show that year and since then expanded into designing and making bespoke wedding dresses, jumpsuits and accessories.

I am an ex costume maker which brings my feel for glamour and drama to my designs.

Lion King, Love Never Dies, Lord of the Rings are just a few West End productions I have worked on as well as numerous ballet and opera both nationally and internationally.

Prince of Persia, Elizabeth the Golden Age, Phantom of the Opera and Pirates of the Caribbean 2 are a few of the films I have been so lucky to make costumes for too.

The years of working at such a high level made my attention to detail and sewing skills second to none.

The many years of experience has been invaluable to get to my current position and give me the drive to add to my portfolio regularly.

I teach sewing locally to students wanting to perfect their skills and learn tricks of the trade to make their own items to a professional standard.

It has been these classes combined with my design experience that has ignited this idea to help me to pass on my knowledge to allow brides to create their own stunning wedding dresses.
